I'm looking for other people like me...
My goal is simple... to help you reach yours.
who want to be healthy, know we should eat more fruits and veggies, eat less processed and fast food, and want to take better care of our health, but some days it seems like we just can't manage to pull it off. We want to do better but need a little help, like finding some shortcuts to be able to do all the right things, even on extra busy days. 

Like you, I have all the best intentions.  I buy the fresh veggies, wash them off and put them in the fridge, but unless they are already cut up or ready to serve I "forget" they are in there.  I WANT to eat them... but I'm either just too lazy or, more likely, too busy to cut them up.  So unless someone else does it for me, there they sit, waiting to be tossed out in a week or so.

Now I don't have to worry on days when it's up to me to make good choices but don't.  I've found a couple of easy "fixes" for my hectic lifestyle and they don't require cutting anything up :-)







Rather than worrying about doing everything right every day I just take my "Pops" which are little capsules filled with concentrated whole fruits, veggies, enzymes, probiotics, and other good things. Now I can KNOW that I've put something healthy into my mouth every day.
